Utopia: Ultimate Cityscape

please note that this culture needs a LOT of space! minimum 50 cubic chunks, recommended 70 cubic chunks, also note that i have been unable to properly make the village spawn on naturally generated terrain, and that the game is prone to crashing on slower computers while in the city, due to all the activity in the village.
best to make a flatland using MCEdit, and while your at it, place a sponge block at the middle, because that's what you use to spawn it.

a very ethnically diverse city culture that contains all of the different culture villages all neatly piled together.
also contains, core replacement pack (does not replace core) and Keldron forge, lumberman hut, farm, and guard house.


versions:
1.4 renamed village hamlets to districts(spawning vilage is central district, try to remember that)
removed bandits from central district, they were spawn killing players on easy-hard difficulty. They have a chance of being made by all districts, however it's not possible to tell if they will.
made all structures with 0 chance of creation to 1
no more leader structures built in central district, for they stole from the Abbye and ruined building

(note: some bugs have been found, including- the only villager able to build in the center district will build whatever he pleases, this includes buildings that do not belong, and his favorite building is the carpenter house, expect a lot of them)
