Updated Block_ID with fixes for beds and doors using the import/export utility.

Stained Hardened Clay (All Colors)
Carpet (All Colors)
Location Fixes

Iron Door

Sign
Signpost
Renamed stairs_stone_block items with block_id 67 as cobblestone for less confusion with stone and stone_brick.
Commented out special tags that where causing positioning issues with the export tool.
The .txt file is provided inside the .zip for the Millenaire folder. Backup any custom buildings and the previous blocklist.txt file. Toggle on the Dev option to print out a new color sheet.
