Able to use other mod blocks in custom buildings?

Is it possible for other mods to be used in the creation of custom buildings? I want to make custom cutures based on the Thaumcraft mod and the Ars Magica mod.

but I and lots of other people don't know how to add extra blocks into buildings. is there a guide for it?

Actually it is very easy. If you look into millenaire-custom, you'll find a 'mods' folder.
Create a folder for your 'mod' for Millénaire in there. It has to have the same structure as the millenaire folder, as your mod will override the files in the millenaire folder.
Create a blocklist.txt file in there, and register the custom block like this:
name(indicative),blockID,Metadata(usually 0),false,R/G/B(for the colour sheet)

You may have a look at the examplemod folder. It is explained there!

Go download my Millenaire mod Minecraftia. While it doesn't define any new blocks it does have all the files and folder structure already set up to add a new culture. Keep in mind that if you want to use blocks from other mods that Forge must load Millenaire after the other mod or it won't be able to find the blocks as they haven't been added to Minecraft yet.

I also had started an Ars Magica culture many months ago but found Millenaire didn't really have all the features I wanted yet to really make it look nice. If you want you can have what I started on and I think you should use felinoel's Thaumcraft aspects definitions so we're all on the same page. Let me know.
