Male teen dont occupy buildings

i have the population A 11(4/7), Y 5(3/2), C 0(0/0) in my norman controlled village and i have some buildings (Elevage bovine, Quarry,) only ocupped by female , but i have younth male but its only stay chating and dont occupy the buildings, and try build other building( other quarry) and nothing, just try reinstalling the game (minecraft -> forge -> millenaire -> savegame) but the problem persiste.
i dont have more idea wats happen, can anyone help me?

Make sure they go to sleep at night. Don't use a bed for yourself. Stay up for the whole night then see what they do in the morning. Also try to log off during the night just in case.

I always recommend going two blocks out of town, digging three blocks down, covering yourself with a block above your head, and then leaving the computer running for an hour or five.
