To many resources

I saw this asked in the wiki, but it was never answered. Is there a way to edit the sold resources of a village? I sold to many items and now all chests are full, this is in a new village and they haven't upgraded enough to have many chests.

If their chests are full you need to go to creative mode to empty them.

The world was already in creative. The chest are locked and can't remove anything from them. I fixed the issue none the less, I just bought all the stuff I could buy to free some space
