Hey all. I just got back into playing Millenaire and started the sadhu quest.... then summarily LOST my way back to the Sadhu tree whilst looking for a desert to explore.. how do I find it again OR Start the quest over.. ???

Not sure, but... it might show up when pressing the 'V' key as you would when searching for villages.
This is one reason I have a 'map' mod installed in every game for every modpack!
It might pay you to install a map and have a look around, depending on your PC specs it might lag if you load large (32) areas but it might pay dividends spending time like that especially if you think you know the general area.
