User Generated Content

I cant seem to figure out how to install the user generated content i download from the millenaire.org library. i download the content, but it doesnt have any type of installer, so i tried to do it myself. but it has files with the same names as the official milleniare mod, so it forces me to either cancel the operation, or overwrite the original files.
