Makes sense, 1.8.x to 1.9.4 is a much bigger leap then 1.9.4 to any version later so it may take a while for the dev team to update this massive mod after 1.8.x. I tried the creative mode and the brick moulding tool is on it's place. So I think my entire world is crushed and I need to start over :( If anyone would be interested, the brick moulding tool has number 4128 in MC 1.7.10 (Millenaire 6.0). The Wiki info is outdated.
