I cant find the inuits mod. Please help!! I want the extra items.

if the folder says mods. do I put it in the mods folder in minecraft or Millienaire custom??
also for some reason the imaginations mod is not showing up and none of the custom buildings are spawning.

BTW I am using 1.7.2 and the latest Millienaire

Okay, so I dowloaded and installed the kelladra (sorry if i mispelled) inuit, lone buildings, imaginations, lone mine,
but for some reason none of the npc's have skins!! everytihing else works fine though. Please help!!
