Looking great!

Everything looks good there and the main thing I can see being used in multiplayer is a "hall" or "room" for meetings e.c.t. The dining hall may be sufficient for that though!

Doing a SP playthrough of the castle anyhow, will take me a while to get all the stone for the walls! 0-0

There are indeed a lot of advantages to this, which in my opinion outweigh the small disadvantage of the extra effort. - If there is a bug, a fix can likely be found by the community before the mod developer. The main thing I could think of would be the increase of system use and processing during the daylight hours. In other words, during the day the game is calculating actions for say, 30 villagers, whereas at night, none of this is going on. This may explain why the lag is in the day and not the night...

This is actually quite nice, I like seeing forts and the such that grow per upgrade :)

Perhaps through the upgrade you could introduce some more materials? Stone is a nice one for a higher level building, especially forts!

That might be a good idea, perhaps if the loot was made harder to get or locked for a few days? An increase in defenders would be a good repellent for loot farming :)

Good suggestion, would be nice, although if you spawned in a raiders camp wouldn't you be able to kill them, loot, repeat? This might be hard on your own, but with good armor and tools or a few friends this would be an easy and relatively quick way to get loot.. Please suggest it on the suggestions ...
