They need an unoccupied building to move into to start with.

Then each culture has certain foods that will make the child grow up and move into a new building faster. That's it.

I would suggest getting 64 bit Java. You are running a 64 bit system after all and 32 bit Java does not perform as well on 64 bit systems. You can't. Village generation in other dimensions except for the Overworld are not allowed due to it crashing the game with no known fix at this time. Perhaps in the future a method will be figured out that won't crash the game.

Note that those biome names may have changed. I haven't really kept up with the biomes o' plenty biome names since I first created it.

There are 2 types of player controlled villages. One that is player controlled with premade NPC buildings and now with release 6.0, a controlled village with player made buildings. You have chosen to create the latter. This means that the player has to completely make the entire building by themself...

You say you're using the server version for both your server and the client. That's probably the cause. There is a separate version for the client.

It's possible that Java 8 is an issue. I'm still running Java 7. I would also recommend updating to Minecraft 1.7.10 as 1.7.2 is buggy.

Lastly, that doesn't look like a full log file. Is there a longer one somewhere?

Well, the crash doesn't mention Millenaire anywhere in it. It looks like a Forge error. Although I would upgrade your version of Millenaire to the full release of v6.0. That may, or may not, fix it.

Millenaire log is in the /mods/millenaire folder. That log that you posted was also not the greatest help. There should also be a log file called 'fml-server-latest.log' or something close to that. That's what we want to see. It has a lost more info.

You haven't installed Millenaire correctly. You are probably missing the 'millenaire' and 'millenaire-custom' folders in your 'mods' folder. When you download the mod, you need to extract the zip file's contents. There should be instructions and where to put things.

It's a minor inconvienence, but I haven't come across any other mod that requires copying extra folders into the "mods" folder as part of the installation (which makes it slightly more complicated than just using the "Add" button in MultiMC). I have seen the path creation going through buildings issue on previous versions of Millenaire; haven't tried on the newest yet. However, what I did note was that the paths only seemed to go through buildings that had either Dirt or Grass as a floor.

The next full version will have the ability to build any kind of building you like and then designate it as a villager building. There is a beta out of it out now, but betas always have bugs so use at your own risk.

In the current version I don't believe you can do what you want.

The 1.6.2 version does work on 1.6.4 although I still need to check the download links as some people were having issues with them.

It will not work on 1.7.2 or higher however. I am hoping to be able to start that update shortly.

So I checked the files. I can't actually find the "fish" goal but cooking fish has a priority weight pf 50. The fisherman will also only cook fish in stacks of at least 3. And on top of that the building has a cooked fish limit of 60, so once he reaches 60 cooked fish he won't cook any more. Perhaps...
