I made a College that was inspired by the 14th century Collège de Navarre, Paris. ( http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Datei:Coll%C3%A8ge_de_Navarre.jpg&filetimestamp=20101109121952 )
The building was tested on Minecraft Version 1.7.3, Millénaire Version 1.1.6.
Currently the building is only decorative, of course. However, if there was a "teacher"-type villager, the kids and/or adolescents could go to school and have something more to do than just staying at home or clogging the church, if there is one in town.
